Getting into cake decorating? Fondant icing is a must to make cake toppers and other intricate cake decoration. In this two-part video tutorial, learn how to make fondant marshmallow fondant icing in the comfort of your own home. To make 3 pounds of icing you will need the following ingredients:

16 oz of white marshmallows

2 pounds of powdered sugar or approx 8 cups

3 tablespoons of water

1 tabespoon vanilla

(And Crisco or shortening to grease bowls & pans)
