Make a vegan chocolate zucchini bundt cake

In order to prepare Vegan Zucchini Cake, you will need the following: non-stick cooking spray, 4 cups of grated zucchini, 2/3 cup of canola oil, 1 mashed banana, 1 1/2 cup unbleached flour, 1 cup of sugar, 3/4 cup of cocoa, 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a Bundt pan by spraying it with nonstick spray. Combine all of the above ingredients. Pour batter into the Bundt pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Bake until a toothpick, when inserted, comes out clean. When cake cools, turn onto a serving dish. Garnish with melted chocolate chips. Serve.
